Only solution i can think of, is to park the truck some place else, and then stand a couple of old tires in its place! Prop them up so they don't fall over, and when the birds have their new offspring, then get rid of the tires, or plant them out in a pasture. Might be good to erect a little roof over the tires, as it looks like the wheels under the fenders look nice and dry for the nests!
It wouldn't be very nice to kill them, or destroy their nests--after all--you don't want to destroy their natural instinct for having babies! (As most of the TV shows have done, over the past 30 years or so!)
