Chavez gave heating oil to certain cities and groups of people. It was no more than a political bribe to get support for him from US citizens and to irritate the White House. I don't know about the rest of the people here but I remember communism and the USSR and the Cold War very well. I have NO use for communism of any sort. Mans natural state is to be as free as he can. Supporting any dictator is wrong in my book.
