Everyone took my last joke seriously, so I'll try again.
A Marine Staff Sergeant and a Marine Captain were bedding down for the night in the field.
The SSgt asked the Captain, "Look above us, Sir, and tell me what you see".
The Captain replied, "I see billions of stars".
"And, what does that tell you?" asked the SSgt.
"From a theological viewpoint, it tells me God is great and we are small and insignificant. From an astronomy standpoint, it tells me there are millions of galaxies and billions of stars. From a meteorlogical standpoint, it tells me we will have a beautiful day tomorrow. What does it tell you, Sergeant?"
The SSgt replied, "Well, Sir, it tells me someone stole our tent".
