did you have the drums and expanders turned? if not, you may want to have that done. also check the actuator balls to be sure they are still smooth and round, no flat spots. and also check the ramps the the actuator balls ride in. they should also be smooth and free of any rust nicks or burrs. you can dress them with some emery cloth.
