I have been using an 026 to cut all of my firewood for the past 12 years (we heat a 2000 square foot house with wood in central Saskatchewan with long and cold winters). No major problems beyond the expected of a heavily used saw. When I bought it, I actually wanted a larger saw but the dealer told me he doubted I would need it. He told me I could buy the 026, use it for a month, and if I still felt I needed a bigger saw he would take it back with no questions asked.
