You are right, the bible says, ever sense sin, nothing is 100%. however, it's all in the training up a child, teaching them to make the RIGHT Choice, and if not the right choice, then consequences will be given,
some times a kid will choose the wrong kid (or group) to hang around with, and that again is choice.
