To welding man and all others who yet don't know how the scammers work: A to-lazy-to work computer nerd in India or pakastian goes to an internet cafe. he copys adds from one location and puts then in another location with his contact info and a way to low price, (hoping that greed will over ride common sence). Anyone contacting him, he tells them that the tractor is unaviable for viewing because it is already crated and containered in the hands of the shipper, to be shiped to you for free. if you are unhappy with the tractor the shipper will take it back and it will be shipped back to him for free. Theese scammers even have gone so far as to set up a fake pay pal type system that lists E_bay as part of its address. telling you it and the transaction is totaly safe and they will not get the money until you are satisfyed with the tractor. checking with E-bay reviels that they have no such system and are not acociated with it. If these guys hook one sucker, they can live like kings in the middle east for a year or more. if they put half of the effort into a real job as they do trying to scam people, they would be rich. but that is the reality of the cyber world today.
