I didn't read anywhere that they "wanted to bankrupt their employer", where did you read it?
Its just that their demands will result in the company being bankrupt. When the cost of current and past employees makes your hourly labor rate 50% higher than your competition you nolonger compete. Not recognizing that truly shows an abundance of stupidity.
