::::: The old Farmalls were designed when gasoline was a better quality. Todays gasoline is airated and does not run properly in the old Farmalls. I had similar problems with both my H and my M. I changed the sparkplugs to Champion D21(same as#502) and I only run premium gasoline. If you can find non-airated gasoline (sometimes Amoco stations have it, for off road use only) your tractor will run better. Also you will have to lean the carborator.
