Lets assume (oh no don't make one of those out of me) that the pistons are stuck from just sitting for a long time, fill the cylinders with kerocene
and let it soak for a good long while. Filling the cylinders to the top will not be easy with this engine, try getting it in through the intake or exaust ports after the soak remove the spark plugs, this should cause a lot of kero to spill out if you were succesful at filling then bump the engine back and forth with the flywheel.
