I've been in EMS for over thirty years, and as nice as I can say this----read GordoSD post so I don't have to type it word for word. Don't feel bad, many folks that work these cases miss the signs. I hope I'm wrong, and it could very well be I am, but righ now a gun is not your biggest concern.
Save the prayers for the funeral, get him help now if there is any way possible, he is in big trouble that isn't going to correct itself with out imediate medical help.
I will make the prayer, but it will be for you to do what has to be done, a man passing out that many times is not the hardest to overpower.
