i think obammy might have got this one right. we have been stuck on this too payments always on time or before and all of a sudden get a letter they are going to raise our int rate 4 1/2 %. so we froze the account at old int rate and won't use that card anymore. oh i had the card since 1998 and that's the way they treated me
