Hi Dennis, I kinda figured that was the problem, especially being a new trailer. You won't be able to loosen the U-bolt and just rotate the axle because the spring saddles are welded to the axle. Your best bet, as the trailer is probably still under warranty, is to take it back and have them put the proper axle on. If you are very careful, you can cut the saddles off, and re-weld them on the other side, or just plain weld two new saddles opposite from the ones that are there.
