I have been changing rear tractor tires on 38 inch rims for many years with only a pry bar and two large screwdrivers. When we had the dozer I used the dozer blade or backhoe to break down the rusty beads if they were close by. If not just drive a heavy tractor on the tire with a short plank up next to the rim. At 71 I still would not think of asking for help. I put a new tube in the 11 - 38 last summer late and took some pictures.
