Tires

I have a Ford 1710 compact diesel tractor with front loader and agricultural tires which are destroying my large yard leaving "foot prints" the size of dinosauers. Living in Northwestern Pa I am considering changing over to a turf tire. Living on a rather hilly terrain and a long driveway to plow would I be able to maintain enough traction in the winter to plow snow?. I do have 4-wheel drive and could possibly run chains on the front tires only....your thoughts to the proper set up in tires for both winter snow plowing and summer mowing would be greatly appreciated.
