I spent 14 years getting epidural's, until they stopped working..finally had a double fusion 4-4-08 am much better, now...not "perfect", but can walk and lift a whole lot better..!!
I had a home, portable lumbar traction device from the Veteran's Clinic I used to good effect.. I think an "Inversion Table" would be a great help. I hear good things from people who have them..you get on and it tilts you up-side-down, so you stretch your spine..not all that expensive..I have even seen then at "Sam's Club".. Good Luck, I do know the pain you are experiencing... I do not regret getting the surgery..maybe you should look into it, and be done with the pain, once and for all. Ron..
