Hough Model HE

I am looking at a Hough model HE serial 55364 in my town that is for sale. It is in good condition and has a snow plow rigged up to the bucket with welded brackets and pins. I am wondering how old it is and a general value of such a machine. It is reasonable size for general use. From the plate in the cab it is actually the Frank G Hough company from Libertyville, IL
