Hey Mike - My Super M has been converted to 12 volts. But some 12 volt gages will work on 6 volts. For example the older Stewart-Warner 2-coil magnetic gages (used in 60's era Olivers, B-series Mack trucks and I'm certain many others) seem to work fine on anything from 6 to 16+ volts. Don't know about the Teleflex gages however. Next chance I get I'll try feeding mine 6 volts and see if still indicates correctly.
