these guys are telling you right your rim will be trash if you dont fix it but i know some times you just got to do what you got to do you say yor tires are old and cracked they probably wont stand it when you break them down so you will be looking for a tire we have a tractor salvage yard close buy i have found it cheaper some times to just go buy a old tire thats all ready mounted on the rim i got two a year or to ago for 100 bucks each tread wasnt much but rims were good and heck i am still using them and by the way if you use windshild washer fluid make sure it the antifreze type and use it strait
