Crawl under the tractor, follow the bar, you'll find a hole with a pin in it. The pin has a stub on it. Using your fingers, you can rotate the pin until the stub lines up with the slot allowing the pin to be pushed up and off the top of the bar. I hope this makes sense, it's not hard, just takes patience. Good Luck!
