I have the opportunity to buy a McCormick Deering 1020 for $500. I am told that it runs but I would be surprised if it did. It has been converted to rubber tires of which only one (rear) holds air. This seems like a lot of money to me but it is in California and everything is expensive here. Is the price in the ballpark?
