I'm still steamed up so I'll keep looking for it. The "exemption" clause was on the original article. The ban is on one of the 8 county amendments. I thought I had it ear marked but did'nt. We only have one elected county judge here the rest are either appointed or this is'nt their area. The elected county judge is raising more rukus than a Chinese laundry boy over this one. He don't see where we should be included since there's no industry here at all, and all the farm equipment is on the lowered sulphurs fuel already. The part he's really pitching a fit over is the new inspections to all vehicles, and that the vehicle traffic is just passing thru. I'm on his side.
