Well, you won't get them for $150, but Hoffman's Dri-line lineman boots are by far the best boots I've ever had. The waterproofing is great, they do with 200 grams of insulation which is just warm enough for my winters, but I still can wear them in the summer. I climb in them every day and get 4 to 5 years out of them. Plus they're what I wear on the farm so they pull double duty, and outside of my Justin slip on that I just kick around in, they'll be the only boot I'll ever own. They also make other boots, hiking, hunting, winter pacs, and plain ol' work boots, but I've only had experience with their lineman boots.
