The reason many ships do not arm is that the crews are treated so badly they are afraid of mutiny. So the ships have no guns. Also a lot of ports in pus--y countrys will not let armed cargo ships dock. This is what I heard on a couple of news reports. Maybe if a few countries get some guts this will change? Jeffcat
