>> Probably need to remove hitch cover & have the linkage adjustments made & probably replace the position cam (on the rockshaft) follower pin. The surest way to make these adjustments is to go to a New Holland dealer who was a Ford dealer first. They should have the tool to locate the rockshaft arms & valve spool. Maybe someone else has a "do it yourself" method. Total parts may be as simple as a gasket, 2 o-rings and the follower pin.
