For those who are saved, they are saved by the blood of a different Lamb, and the angel of everlasting death will pass over them as they are given the gift of everlasting life. It is the body andthe blood of this Lamb, the Lamb of God, who saves us from perishing, just as surely as the blood of the lamb saved the firstborn of the children of Israel when they were in Egypt.
So the Passover SHOULD be significant in the lives of Christians, because it portends a better, more perfect "Passover" that is yet to come as we, like the Israelites before us, make our journey to a more perfect "Promised Land."
