John Deere 322 Lawn Tractor

I just bought a new house and the previous owners
left behind a JD 322 Lawn Tractor with several attachments. The tractor does not start. According to the gauge, it has 400 hours of running. It looks like its in good shape.
My question:
Is it worth the time and money to have it fixed. The estimate is 320 dollars. If so how can I get
an owners manual so that I know how to use it as
well as maintain it. Also how can I find out the
specifications i.e horsepower etc.
