Had a few NAPA kits that didn't have the passage cut in the bowl/throttle body gasket to allow the bowl to vent properly. They would drip gas out of the intake when the engine was shut off although the engine would run normally. Cutting a passage in the gasket to allow the bowl to vent fixed it. This was on a Zenith carb on a Farmall B. Might be your problem too. Paul
