Hi Mark, good idea about the roofing material, that rolled material must come enamel epoxy finished on the roll, I am assuming, right? As far as dies and soforth in a small shop, my friend has cnc machining, cnc plasma cutting and mastercam programming capabilites. Doing large pieces such as fenders and hoods is a little bigger an operational commitment than what we are looking for but if the market was there, I am quite confident we could pull it off, but for two guys, it would be a bit much. It's funny that you mentioned the tractor seats, my buddy just asked me to look for a tractor seat on ebay! He knows of a guy that was looking for such. It seems the guy was making bar stools out of them and he could not get enough of them to keep himself going. A 24x24 die set is sitting on his press that might be perfect for that.
