If by 'tilt' you mean put the left or right side a lot higher vertically than the other side, I doubt you can go 45 degrees, but you can use the 3-point arm adjustment on your tractor to give it some tilt.

Some blades also have a setting for this, but you didn't say if yours does or not?

As the other guy said in other posts, you could put a hydraulic cylinder in place of one of the 3-point vertical arms, or so forth.
