And be sure BRFORE you buy the card that you have a spare slot on the motherboard to put the parallel card into. Some take an ISA slot, some take a PCI slot. Unless you are real familiar with the inside of your machine, you might want to have an "expert" do it. Most desktop systems will have a spare slot or two but other add-on cards (network, modem, etc.) might have used them up. If you have a notebook or laptop, don't be real surprised if you don't have slot to use.
