LOL, we had an ice storm and I was stuck on the East bank of the Mississippi River in New Orleans, and lived on the West Bank. At the time there were only 2 bridges in the New Orleans area. When I heard they were sanding one of the bridges, I headed that way. Sure enough they had 2 guys in the back of a dump truck with shovels dropping little piles of sand on the bridge as the truck made its way up. Being from the Midwest I couldn't believe it. Just not set up for something like that here.
