Armstrong first merged with Italian tire maker Pirelli. Pirelli sold the Armstrong division to Titan. Titan now advertises on RFD TV that they make all of Goodyear's ag tires. It's hard to say where their tires were actually produced. Des Moines Ia is just about the ag tire capitol of the U.S. Firestone's ag tires are produced here. Firestone's global ag tire warehouse is here too. The former Pirelli-Armstrong plant is now operated by Titan on DSM's east side. Titan also operates a plant in Brownsville TX last I knew. There was a strike in DSM over Titan moving mold machinery out of DSM to TX.
