I have a similar set up but can only comment on using it on Fords using independent steering links for each front wheel
It will bend the steering tubes on a Ford if you back it up,,, they can not stand the pressure exerted to steer the rear,,, tie'n the wheels may help,,, tie'n the steering wheel may help,,, dunno no but I did something that caused a problem I did not like
