Gravity will not remove it all but most. Be sure you have an air supply available to reinflate the tire. If you use a jack to support the axle so that the tire does not collapse onto itself if will drain better. Once it seems empty, lower it some with the jack and drain more. CaCl is a good dust supressor on dirt or gravel. It is the same stuff used to melt ice. To totally remove all you will need to remove the tube and squeeze it out. Have fun.
