Make sure fuel is coming from bottom of tank freely,,Also ,Wtaer trap should be drained every time you fill or at least once a month... Your problem more than likely is Air lock Somewhere ,,,Fill the Tank to within 4 ".Open All bleeders , Take Air nozzle and a cleanRag and Pressurize tank ,, Often all filters will not purgeair but my 430 and 800 will take up and go anyway ..My Experience ,530 J.I. Case tractors(your model) accept Ether sparingly with no ill repercussions,,,,.WARNING TO ALL! Do not use ether on the David Brown Case mdels ,, I know of 3 broken crank shafts due to ether starting .. seems to be more than a coincidence .......
