There's a big car show this weekend across the street from where I work and the advertisements are about savings of up to 7k yada yada. Pretty eyeopening to see the markup on vehicles. We've been kinda loosely looking for a 2yr old or less vehicle for a couple years and the prices after the rebates are within a couple hundred bucks of the prices we've been seeing anyway. This is in Germany. They just had a thing on the radio yesterday that there is 1.5 million new cars on the road as a result of the effort.
