Why not flush it with some cheap hydraulic oil, change the filters again, and refill it with the quality of oil you were going to install? After all, you would have to change the filters again after flushing it with diesel. A lot of what could be damaged depends on whether the tractor has wet brakes, clutch packs, etc that the water would attack the linings of and how long the water was in the system.
