Hey Karl! I've kept my eye on a couple of these Long tractors near my Dad's place in N.C. The fellow that owns them has full brush cages built over them, and he cuts heavy brush with them. He's got two, the first one I think he bought in 1988, and he's added a second, they appear to be as capable as any I've seen, especially doing the kind of work he does.
