I think as long as you have it loaded on the computer thats hard wired you should be ok. I recently bought a belkin and just had to install the security stuff on the hard wired machine. The program configures the router. Then I just had to set the connection settings on the two laptops to match the ones I programmed in the security software on the hard wired machine. This basically means that you tell the wireless computers which type of security you have and then you just have to enter the password that you setup in the software on the hard wired computer.
