Actually, from what I read in these forum's and the amount of complaining you people do about taxes, I tend to think that you pay every bit as much, if not more taxes than we do without the public (ie. Healthcare) services on the other end to go with it...
I suspect that Deere is headed to Mexico for cheap, non-union labor and more lax environmental and labor regulations. If it was about tax structures then they could just as well move production to moline...
