Ford 3400 Tractor

I'm looking at buying a used 1968? 3400 Series with front end loader and 3-point hitch with PTO. I know absolutely nothing about this tractor (or any others for that matter)and would appreciate any info regarding the HP, PTO speed, what I should be paying for it and any other pertinant info. The owner's asking $5000. It's in good running condition and the tires have about 50% wear. A new pedastal and seat were just installed. Thanks.
