They are Hinicker. My dad bought a 4430 that had them. He said they were great for fueling and keeping dust down but any time he went through mud it would wedge full. I saw your post and dug in the barn and found them. They have a big sticker on them saying Hinicker. I would post a picture but haven't a clue how to. He sold them once but the guy never picked them up. I thought about putting them back on just for fueling but never have. A couple years ago I made the stretch from the step to the tire. The tire was a little slick and I landed on the front axle on my ribs rolled off and landed in a mud puddle. Nothing broke but worse than that was the people standing there watching me do it. In the spring JD parts catalog they list fueling steps for 30-60 series tractors. It is RE186238 for $122.
