Ford made a backhoe for an 8N. I had one and sold it because it was too heavy for the tractor. It would lift the front of the tractor off the ground when you wanted to move it so you either had to fill the bucket with dirt or hang weights on the front. I felt it wasn't worth it. I just use my 8N for what it was ment to be - a tractor.
