Google Naber Rock Picker, or Lift. Gives you some ideas. You cannot make them too strong! Solid stock for the shanks, use two- one will slide around the rock. Angle the shanks so the top is closer to the tractor, helps the shank enter the ground and get under the rock. Be prepared to break your top link mounting bracket when using one.
