We took a little road trip friday night. We went to the Western Il. university perfornance tested bull sale. I bought this guy.
Luckily I have good friends and neighbors. I have had alot of help with the getting the cattle business going and one of the farm operations that has been helping me bought two bulls so they hauled my bull home for me. After we got that all squared away I got the 55 combine out and picked a couple of loads of corn.
The corn is better than I expected. Quality and yield. It is flat on the ground but it is picking up very nicely.
We had rain all day yesterday so just chores and a little work on the old combine and then put hay out, did evening chores and called it a day. bill
