That's a McCormick-Deering Farmall 12 (F-12) made by IH. Looks to be pretty complete, and the tin is all there and relatively straight. The seat (obviously) is an afterthought. If the motor is loose, it's worth fooling with. Are the front wheels rubber or steel? 2 front wheels or one? I'm guessing $250 or so if the motor is loose, less if it's stuck or you can see any cracks in the block. Most likely place for the block to crack is on the carb side, under the manifold. Also check the condition of the manifold. They usually are totally rotted out. Repro units are readily available, for around $200. At glance, it looks like a fairly late one. The serial number is on a tag on the back (driver) side of the front gas tank support. If you get the number, we can tell you what year it is. Engine parts are commonly available too. The F12 is a fairly easy project, as far as parts availability and ease of working on them. Go for it!
