very carefully torch it off. you cado it without hurting the rim. also can take bigger nut, lay it on, and weld inside of nut to head of bolt.welding will fuse nut to bolthead,and also heat bolt so it should come out easier. also drill center of bolt to almost size of threads, and use ez out.
