Do you have a nut splitter? You might find a small one that would go into the space you have available to you.

If you have an arc welder you might try welding a larger nut to the rounded off nut, welding the inside of the larger nut to the top or the outside of the other. Then you could probably get a lug wrench or a larger socket on the larger nut.

Failing that, then there is the bubba solution. It's the heat wrench. Using a torch, you can probably cut the nut off without too much damage to the wheel or bolt. If you damage the bolt, press it out and press a new one in. If you damage the wheel, replace it. Either one shouldn't cost too much.
