The 2610 should be more like 32 PTO hp if I'm not mistaken... It's a 10000 hour tractor if it's maintained correctly and not run to death. Basically it'll outlast your grandkids for the amount of work you suggest.
The italian job makes it's power from the same basic displacement by turning faster. If you wanted to turn the pump up on the Ford, it'll make the power too... I just won't last as long.
